Speaking at the program, comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: President Ho Chi Minh always had special feelings for Hung Yen, because this is a land of culture, revolution and also the homeland of his mother - Mrs. Hoang Thi Loan. Hung Yen province was honored to welcome Uncle Ho to visit 14 times, including visits after the dike break and crop failure in 1946, when he came to encourage the people and advise on the spirit of solidarity and responsibility to the people. Uncle Ho's teachings on irrigation work, self-reliance and self-strengthening have become a great driving force to promote the province's revolutionary emulation movement.

The Provincial Party Secretary affirmed that the studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style has always been identified by Hung Yen province as a regular political task. 100% of grassroots Party organizations and cadres and party members have developed plans to cultivate and set examples. The learning and following Uncle Ho has been promoted through creative models and methods such as "Garbage-free roads", "Turning waste into money", "Pot of love porridge", "Golden books following Uncle Ho's words", the movement "Donating land to build roads"... Thanks to that, Hung Yen has achieved many important results, in the period of 2021 - 2025, the average GRDP growth is over 9%/year, the economic scale in 2025 is estimated at 328,000 billion VND, budget revenue is over 74,000 billion VND; the investment environment has improved strongly, the province is in the group of 10 leading localities in PCI, attracting more than 3,800 projects with a total registered capital of hundreds of thousands of billion VND and over 16 billion USD. Infrastructure continues to be invested synchronously; social security, national defense and security are ensured.

According to the Provincial Party Secretary, promoting the tradition and teachings of President Ho Chi Minh, Hung Yen is striving to become a modern industrial province, meeting the criteria of a class-I urban area by 2035; by 2045 becoming a smart, ecological city directly under the Central Government, strongly contributing to the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country.

The models shared impressive stories about people who competed to learn and follow Uncle Ho's pioneering spirit, innovation, and creativity through simple, practical actions with many good models, effective methods, and strong influence, arousing the spirit of dedication of today's young generation.

President Ho Chi Minh's constructive ideology has become the foundation for the Party in formulating policies, clearly expressed in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress with the requirement to build a developmental state, innovate social governance thinking, improve people's lives and promote rapid and sustainable development of the country. Practice over the past years has shown that the movement to study and follow Uncle Ho has gone deeper and deeper, creating a strong spreading force, contributing to building an increasingly clean and strong Party and political system.

In order for the studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to continue to promote practical effectiveness, the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission requested Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and organizations in the Northern region to continue to make studying and following Uncle Ho a regular and practical task, avoiding formalities; linking following Uncle Ho with building a clean and strong political system and preventing and fighting corruption and negativity; promoting the responsibility of setting an example for the cadres, especially the leaders; building a public service culture of "respecting the people, being close to the people, understanding the people, being responsible to the people"; at the same time, boosting administrative reform, improving service quality; strongly promoting emulation movements, replicating good models, examples of "good people - good deeds" in all fields.
