The decisions of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on personnel work announced

Delegates attend the conference

At the conference, comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, announced the decisions of the Central Committee on appointing personnel of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and socio-political organizations of the province. Accordingly, Comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. Comrade Le Quang Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission. Comrade Do Thi Huong holds the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Labor Federation. Comrade Vu Hong Luyen holds the position of Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union. Comrade Nguyen Minh Hong holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association. Comrade Thieu Minh Quynh holds the position of Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union. Comrade Nguyen Anh Loc holds the position of Chairman of the Provincial Veterans Association.

Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia presents the decision to appoint key leadership positions of specialized agencies in charge of advising, assisting, and public service units under the Provincial Party Committee.

Next, the conference announced the decisions of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, including: Decision No. 1815-QD/TU dated June 26, 2025 on the appointment of Comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Organization Commision of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee (old) to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission and the decisions to appoint five Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission, including following comrades: Doan Thi Nguyet, Pham Van Nghe, Trinh Ngoc Thang, Tran Thi Thu Huong, Nguyen Van Hoa.

The Decision No. 1827-QD/TU dated June 26, 2025 on the appointment of Comrade Hoang Thai Phuc, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission and the decisions to appoint four Deputy Heads of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, including following comrades: Dang Thi Thu Hang, Hoang Anh Khoi, Tran Van Thang, Nguyen Thanh Tuyen.

The Decision No. 1807-QD/TU dated June 26, 2025 on the appointment of Comrade Hoang Minh Son, Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Editor-in-Chief of Thai Binh Newspaper to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Hung Yen Newspaper and Radio and Television and the decisions to appoint eight Deputy Editors-in-Chief of Hung Yen Newspaper and Radio and Television including following comrades: Nguyen Thi Thu Hoai, Pham Van Xuong, Dinh Duc Khoa, Bui Hai Dang, Nguyen Ngoc Luyen, Tran Thi Thoa, Lam Van Minh, Vu Van Manh.

Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia presents decisions to comrades who retired early

At the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia presented decisions to nine comrades who volunteered to retire early to facilitate the work of arranging and reorganizing cadres; including two comrades who are Members of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee: Pham Huy Binh, Secretary of the Hung Yen City Party Committee and Le Van Hung, Secretary of the Van Giang District Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia acknowledged the contributions of the comrades who received retirement decisions, those who were pioneers, exemplary, and asked to retire early to give opportunities to young cadres and facilitate the work of arranging the organization of the political system. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee hopes that the comrades will continue to set an example, propagate to Party members and people to well implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and contribute to local movements.

The Provincial Party Secretary believes that the appointed leadership team will promote their capacity well, excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, and make a lot of contributions to the development of Hung Yen Province in the new period.
