The coordination program on mass mobilization and propaganda work for the period 2025 – 2030 signed

The conference saw the presence of comrades in the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches, sectors and mass organizations of the province.

According to the Coordination Program for the period 2025 - 2030, the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission coordinate in 12 key task groups, focusing on: To coordinate to advise the Provincial Party Committee on leadership, direction, implementation, dissemination and organization of implementation of the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the policies and laws of the State on propaganda and mass mobilization work. To grasp and reflect the ideological situation, public opinion, issues of concern to the people; orient information, propaganda, fight against wrong and hostile viewpoints, fake and distorted information. To coordinate to organize patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, especially the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" movement, Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style. To promote administrative reform, improve the quality of cadres, civil servants and public employees; increase direct contact and dialogue between leaders of Party committees and authorities with the people. To coordinate in state management of religion and ethnicity, implement democracy at the grassroots level and boost the role of supervision and social criticism of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

The coordination program is built on the basis of regulations, decisions and conclusions of the Central and the Provincial Party Committee to strengthen the coordination between the Party's propaganda and mass mobilization work and the government's executive operation. Thereby, contributing to unifying the perception and action among agencies in the political system, ensuring that all the Party’s guidelines and policies are concretized and effectively implemented in practice.

Speaking at the signing conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, the Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Khac Than and Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Van Chien emphasized that the signing of the Coordination Program demonstrates the political determination and proactive spirit of the two agencies in innovating leadership method, improving the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030, building a clean and strong political system, serving the people better and better.

To effectively carry out the coordination contents, the comrades requested the Provincial People’s Committee’s Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission to study and strictly implement the contents of the Coordination Program. Along with comprehensive coordination, at each time and stage, the two agencies must focus on performing well the political tasks in the locality; well conducting the advisory work with the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board on related issues and concretizing the instructions of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, directly the Provincial Party Secretary.

To coordinate in propagating the Party's guidelines, policies, the State’s laws, the province's instructions on the two-tier local government apparatus, the streamlined, effective and efficient administrative apparatus; strengthen people's trust in the Party and the State; promote the people's mastery, build a clean, strong, close-to-the-people, and responsible State; propagate administrative reform, build a constructive government, close-to-the-people, for-the-people...; spread good models, creative work, "1+10" skillful mass mobilization movement, land donation movement... to create high consensus among the people, especially in removing bottlenecks in site clearance to implement projects, serving socio-economic development. The coordination process assigns clear people, clear tasks, and clear responsibilities.

Along with that, the two agencies coordinate to grasp the labor and employment situation in industrial parks and industrial clusters, issues related to the field of religion and mass mobilization; at the same time, coordinate in compiling documents to serve propaganda work to serve the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, political tasks and social life.

The Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission continues to work as a bridge between the government and the people through activities of contact and dialogue with the people; coordinate with the Provincial People's Committee’s Party Committee to promptly resolve the legitimate aspirations and wishes of the people and arising issues... During the implementation process, the two agencies regularly evaluate, exchange, share documents and experiences, and add new content to meet the requirements of the context and political tasks in the new period...
