At the teleconference, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment presented a report on receiving and explaining opinions of Government members and comments from ministries, branches, localities, agencies, organizations, and experts in draft decrees regulating land prices; the Ministry of Finance reported on the draft decree on land use fees and land rent.

Delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on a number of contents in the draft decrees such as: Compensation and resettlement support plan; compensation in the form of land with uses other than the type of land recovered or in the form of housing; calculation of land use fees and land rent when changing detailed planning without changing land allocation or land lease decisions; principles of exemption and reduction of land use fees and land rents; the land rental unit price for annual land rental payment; professional training plan for land price specialists...
