At the festival, delegates and people reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Vietnam People's Army; assessed the results of the implementation of the campaign "All people unite to build new-style rural areas, civilized urban areas", the emulation movement to build "3 no" residential areas and local military and defense tasks in 2024.

Dinh Cao residential area has 1,005 households with 3,547 people. In the past year, Dinh Cao residential area has attained a lot of positive results in socio-economic development, ensuring political security, social order and safety; The material and spiritual life of the people is constantly improving; the campaigns and emulation movements have received enthusiastic responses from the people. During the year, Dinh Cao residential area has mobilized the people to donate over 1,000m2 of land to expand roads; mobilized resources to build 3.4km of electric lines for lighting; over 80% of households classify and treat organic waste at home. Currently, in the residential area, there are 3 garment companies, creating regular jobs for over 350 workers who are residents of the residential area. In 2024, the residential area has over 97% of households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", 18 families are recognized with the title of "Exemplary grandparents, parents, loyal children, filial grandchildren" at all levels. During the year, the residential area has had 11 young people selected for military service. The military rear work is carried out effectively.

Speaking at the festival, Comrade Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front acknowledged and commended the results of building the great national unity bloc and the results of implementing the emulation movement to build new-style rural areas of Dinh Cao residential area in the past time. A performance at the festival

On this occasion, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Do Van Chien presented Phu Cu district with 50 sets of computers; presented Dinh Cao commune with 50 million VND and offered gifts to 25 policy families and poor households of Dinh Cao residential area. Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee presented Dinh Cao residential area with a set of computers and printers to serve the digital transformation work and presented 20 gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, the People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province to poor households and policy families of Dinh Cao commune. Comrade Nguyen Duc Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprises Bloc, presented Dinh Cao commune with 30 million VND.

On this occasion, Dinh Cao residential area was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Standing Board of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for its outstanding achievements in the work of the Front in 2024.
