Opening the conference, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Viet Thong, former Deputy Head of the Central Ideology and Culture Committee, introduced the topic of Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2025 of Hung Yen province on "Promoting the pioneering, exemplary character and implementing the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members to build Hung Yen province increasingly rich and civilized" (The topic). The topic consists of 3 parts: Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on promoting the pioneering, exemplary character and implementing the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members; applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle on promoting the pioneering, exemplary character and implementing the revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members to build Hung Yen province increasingly rich and civilized; suggesting discussion content in the activities of Party cells, agencies, and units.

Next, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission thoroughly grasped Conclusion No. 118-KL/TW dated January 18, 2025 of the Politburo on adjusting and supplementing a number of contents of Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the 13th Politburo on Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Party Congress; the Election regulations within the Party issued under Decision No. 190-QD/TW dated October 10, 2024 of the Central Party Committee; the Guidance No. 04-HD/TW dated December 31, 2024 of the Secretariat on a number of specific issues implementing the Election regulations within the Party.

Briefly announcing the results of the 13th Party Central Committee’s Conference, the Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia said: The conference took place over two days, January 23 and 24, 2025, to focus on discussing and giving opinions on 5 contents, including: Summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient"; the Project to supplement the GDP growth target of 8% or more in 2025 and double-digit growth in the period 2026-2030; the personnel work under the authority of the Central Committee; giving opinions on the assessment and review of the direction and administration of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2024; the Report on inspection and supervision work in 2024 and inspection and supervision program in 2025.

Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The contents of the conference are very important and profound, Party committees and organizations from the province to the grassroots level, cadres and Party members should uphold their sense of responsibility and focus on implementation in 2025. In order to successfully carry out the key tasks of the province in 2025, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia requested Party committees and Party organizations to focus on effectively performing the content of the topic of Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in 2025 of the province, focusing on applying Ho Chi Minh's ideology on practicing revolutionary ethical standards in conjunction with seriously and effectively implementing the Politburo's Regulations on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and Party members in the new period; focus on thoroughly grasping, disseminating and widely propagating the Party's new resolutions, directives and regulations among cadres, Party members and people.

Regarding the implementation of the organizational arrangement of the political system, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized that Party committees at all levels, agencies, units, and localities must thoroughly disseminate to cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers the contents and results of the 13th Party Central Committee’s Conference held in January 2025. Agencies and units must urgently complete the project to arrange and streamline the organizational apparatus in accordance with the direction of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee; carefully prepare personnel plans, regimes, policies, and other conditions to submit to competent authorities for promulgation according to plan.

Regarding the organization of Party congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia requested that Party committees at all levels urgently complete the draft documents to submit to the congress to organize discussions and collect opinions according to regulations; at the same time, well prepare the personnel work of the congress, ensure that the personnel participating in the Party committee are comrades with political mettle, qualities, ethics, achievements, results, working products and care for young cadres and female cadres. Regarding Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, Party Committees and authorities must clearly assess what has been achieved in the fields of science, technology, innovation and digital transformation in Hung Yen, thereby specifically determining what must be done and considering this as the driving force for the development of the locality and the province in the coming time.
