At the conference, delegates focused on discussing and giving opinions on the drafts: the working regulations of the Subcommittee on Documents; the operation plan of the Subcommittee on Documents; the Decision to establish the Socio-Economic, Defense - Security Reporting Group under the Documents Subcommittee; the Decision to establish the Party and Political System Building Reporting Group under the Documents Subcommittee; the Decision to establish the Editorial Group under the Documents Subcommittee; the outline of the Political Report; the theme of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Through discussion, the delegates basically agreed with the content of the drafts of the Documents Subcommittee, and proposed to add members to the Reporting Group and Editorial Group; discussed and clarified some contents and tasks with the aim of ensuring the completion of work and achieving the highest results. In his concluding remarks at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Documents Subcommittee, emphasized: The documents of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 must demonstrate the vision and strategic thinking of the Provincial Party Committee, demonstrate the great goals as well as the determination and aspirations of the Party Committee, the government and the people of Hung Yen in the coming term. Therefore, in the coming time, members of the Document Subcommittee and the Editorial Group will closely follow the assigned tasks and work, focus on implementing them according to the set plan and schedule. In the process of drafting documents, it is necessary to be extremely serious, scientific, methodical, discuss and debate thoroughly, promote democracy, collective intelligence and seek opinions and contributions from all levels, sectors, cadres, Party members, retired key leaders, all classes of people, especially veteran revolutionary cadres, scientists, experts, dignitaries, intellectuals...
