The 44th Conference of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 19

The conference was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. In the attendance were representatives of the Central Party Committees, the Office of the Party Central Committee; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, etc.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee reported on the adjustment of the investment policy for the project to upgrade and expand the extended Hanoi - Hung Yen inter-provincial road, the section passing through Hung Yen province.

Next, comrade Nguyen Van Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Standing member of the Document Subcommittee, Deputy Head of the Organization Subcommittee serving the Congress reported on the content of the additions and adjustments to the draft documents of the 1st Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030; the Draft Report synthesizing opinions of cadres and party members participating in the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; the Draft Program, rules, and working regulations of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Pham Van Khue, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee’s Organization Commission, Standing member of the Personnel Subcommittee, reported on the expected contents of the Congress Presidium; the Congress Secretariat; the Delegate Qualification Examination Committee of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.

Comrade Le Quang Hoa, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission, reported on the content of the Draft Report on the results of qualification examination of delegates attending the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; submitted for the consideration and disciplinary action against party members under the management of the Provincial Party Committee.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized: The Provincial Party Executive Committee’s Conference unanimously approved the following contents: Convening the 1st Provincial Party Congress (term 2025 - 2030), draft documents, programs, regulations, personnel and report on examining the qualifications of delegates; at the same time giving opinions on adjusting the investment policy for the project to upgrade and expand the Hanoi - Hung Yen route.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested: In the coming time, the Party committees, authorities, localities and units should focus on resolutely implementing the plan to disburse public investment capital; continue to perfect and stabilize the organization of the 2-tier local government apparatus in conjunction with the arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers to operate effectively and efficiently; strengthen the implementation of local military and defense tasks, ensure security and order; focus on reviewing the contents and work, carefully and thoroughly prepare to successfully organize the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
