The 31st Conference of the 19th Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2020 - 2025

At the conference, the Provincial Party Executive Committee summarized the implementation of the election regulations within the Party; summarized 10 years of implementing Directive No. 39-NQ/TW dated August 18, 2014 of the Politburo on strengthening internal political protection in the current situation (Directive No. 39); the Report on the implementation results of the tasks of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee between two meetings of the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

In recent years, Party committees and organizations at all levels in the province have paid attention to and focused on doing well the work of leading, directing, thoroughly grasping and implementing Directive No. 39 and other Central documents on the construction and rectification of the Party, national defense, security, protection of the Party's ideological foundation and internal politics; fighting against wrong and hostile views and promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style...

Next, the Provincial People's Committee's Personnel Committee reported adjusting the investment policy for the project to renovate and upgrade the Provincial Road No. 385, the section Km7+750 - Km16+370 (Doc Nghia - Luong Tai) and reported on the results of the plan's implementation and developing a draft project to arrange commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2025 of Hung Yen province.

According to the report of the Personnel Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, up to this point, the province has basically completed the construction of the draft project for arranging commune-level administrative units for the period 2023 - 2025 of Hung Yen province. According to the plan and overall plan for arranging administrative units in the province in the period 2023 - 2025, Hung Yen province does not have district-level administrative units to arrange; there are 35 commune-level administrative units subject to arrangement, of which 10 commune-level administrative units have specific factors so it is recommended not to arrange.

Under the direction of comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, delegates discussed to clarify the results of election work within the Party; the identification of manifestations and problems related to internal political protection in the new situation, the solutions to fight against wrong and hostile views, and protection of the Party's ideological foundation. The delegates proposed and recommended contents and tasks that need to be implemented in the coming time, especially the election work within the Party; the arrangement of staff after the arrangement of administrative units; the improvement of appraisal quality to finance investment projects...

According to Decision No. 1215-QDNS/TW dated May 3, 2024, the Secretariat approved comrade Le Quang Hoa, the Provincial Party Committee’s member, Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Hung Yen province to join the Standing Board of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the term of 2020 - 2025 and Decision No. 1216-QDNS/TW dated May 7, 2024, the Secretariat approved comrade Le Quang Hoa to join the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and hold the position of Head of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 2020 - 2025.

The Decision No. 1217-QDNS/TW dated May 7, 2024, approved comrade Cao Sang, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance of Hung Yen province to join the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and hold the position of Deputy Head of the Inspection Commission of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
