The 2nd Provincial Party Executive Committee’s Conference, term 2025 - 2030
On the afternoon of November 18, the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the term 2025 - 2030 held its 2nd conference at the Provincial Party Committee’s Headquarters. The conference was chaired by comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. In the attendance were representatives of the Central Party Committees, the Central Party Office; comrades in the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, members of the Provincial Party Committee’s Inspection Commission.

At the conference, comrade Nguyen Tuan Phong, Chief of the Provincial Party Committee’s Office, reported on the draft Working Regulations of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, period 2025 - 2030; the draft Working Program of the entire term of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, period 2025 - 2030.

Next, comrade Bui Tien Duy, Standing Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, reported on the draft Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 2025 - 2030; the draft Inspection and Supervision Program of the entire term of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, period 2025 - 2030.

Comrade Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, reported on adjusting and supplementing the public investment plan from the central budget allocated in 2025.

At the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, informed about the results of the 14th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference reviewed, decided, and gave opinions on: the personnel work for the 14th National Party Congress; the report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the 13th Party Central Committee; the report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat; the report summarizing the implementation of the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee's Inspection Commission; the report summarizing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee on a number of issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined, effective and efficient; the personnel work and reviewing and giving opinions on a number of other contents according to the Working Regulations of the 13th Party Central Committee.
Concluding the conference, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: The Provincial Party Executive Committee unanimously approved the following contents: the Working Regulations of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Executive Committee, term I, period 2025 - 2030; the Working Regulations of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term 2025 - 2030; the Full-term working program of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term I, period 2025 - 2030; the inspection and supervision work program of the 1st Provincial Party Executive Committee, term 2025 - 2030; the Conclusion on the Project on rearranging public service units, state-owned enterprises, administrative organizations under departments, branches and sectors in the period 2025 - 2030; the Conclusion on adjusting and supplementing the public investment plan from the central budget allocated in 2025.
The Provincial Party Secretary requested as follows: In the coming time, the Party committees, authorities, localities and units should focus on drastically implementing solutions to promote socio-economic development, successfully complete the targets and tasks of the last 6 months of the year; strengthen propaganda work, thoroughly grasp and implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and urgently develop projects to concretize the action program to implement the Resolution; determined to remove difficulties and bottlenecks in implementing the disbursement of public investment capital; speed up site clearance for key projects...
