In the 2020 - 2025 term, closely following the direct and comprehensive leadership and direction of the Central Public Security’s Party committee and the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Public Security’s Party committee has led the successful implementation of the task of ensuring security and order, building the People's Public Security force in accordance with the set goals and requirements. Every year, the Provincial Public Security’s Party committee issues a resolution to lead the work of protecting national security, maintaining social order and safety, and building the force; setting out the motto, working themes and key, breakthrough tasks to focus on leading, directing and organizing implementation. From 2020 to now, the Provincial Police have investigated and discovered 8,254 cases of violations of social order, of which 263 cases were very serious and especially serious, reaching a rate of 95.9%; prosecuted 1,227 cases of economic management order, positions, corruption; prosecuted 713 cases related to high-tech crimes...

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Provincial Public Security’s Party committee sets a target of striving to have over 90% of Party organizations achieving the quality classification level to complete their tasks well every year; in which 100% of the grassroots’ Party organizations under the Party committee have fulfilled their tasks well, 20% of the grassroots’ Party organizations have fulfilled their tasks excellently. To improve the effectiveness of professional work, promptly advise the Central Party Committee of the Public Security, the leaders of the Ministry of Public Security, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to effectively direct the work of ensuring security and order. To ensure the rate of receiving denunciations, reports of crimes, and recommendations for prosecution to reach 100%; the rate of resolving denunciations, reports of crimes, and recommendations for prosecution to reach over 90%; the rate of investigating and discovering crimes at over 75%, very serious and especially serious cases reach over 90%. To strive to complete the construction of 100% typical and exemplary ward polices in terms of security and order and urban civilization by 2030...

Speaking at the Congress, General Luong Tam Quang, Politburo member and Minister of Public Security, requested the Party committee of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security to focus on leading the entire Provincial Public Security force to strongly innovate the thinking and methods of security and order management to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation; focus on leading the efficient and effective operation of the two-tier public security model in the locality; strengthen solutions to ensure public security and order, including protecting internal political security, economic security, network security, grassroots security, religious security, social security, absolutely not allowing passivity, surprise, not allowing incidents that cause loss of public security and order; lead forces to focus on absolutely protecting the security and safety of important political events and activities of the Party and State leaders in the locality. To focus on leading and directing to further improve the quality of Party building work, build a truly clean and strong Party committee, strengthen potential and combat strength to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation. At the same time, focus on leading and advising to continue to effectively implement Resolution No. 12-NQ/TW to build Hung Yen Provincial Police to a modern one by 2030. Immediately after the Congress, the Provincial Public Security’s Party committee urgently built a specific action program, with clear people, clear work, clear progress, clear responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of the Congress’s Resolutions to effectively serve the socio-economic development tasks of the province, contributing to making Hung Yen province rich and strong.

Speaking at the Congress, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia praised the great achievements of the provincial police force in the 2020-2025 term; at the same time, he suggested a number of goals, tasks, and solutions for the Provincial Public Security’s Party committee to focus on leading the provincial public security force to implement in the 2025-2030 term.

Accordingly, the Provincial Public Security’s Party committee and the provincial public security force performs well their advisory role with the Party committees and authorities at all levels in leading and directing the implementation of the Party's policies and guidelines, and the State's laws on the task of ensuring security and order and local public security work; strongly promoting the strength of the great national unity, the combined strength of the entire political system to maintain political stability, national security, and social order and safety.

The Provincial Public Security’s Party committee continues to promote the Party building and rectification, building a clean and strong People's Public Security force; improve the capacity and leadership role of Party committees at all levels, the fighting strength of Party cells, Party committees and Party members.
