The 1st Congress of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030 is a great success

During the two working days on October 2 and 3, the Congress concentrated intelligence, discussed enthusiastically, contributed ideas democratically and unanimously approved the Political Report, the review Report of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the term 2020 - 2025; the Report synthesizing comments on the draft Political Report and the draft Action Program to implement the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The Congress also unanimously approved the Report synthesizing comments on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress, thereby expressing agreement, high consensus and deep belief in the guidelines, policies and development strategies of the Party Central Committee. The Congress expressed strong belief that with the mettle and intelligence of the entire Party, people and army, the 14th National Party Congress will be a great success, an important milestone, realizing the goal of "rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization", bringing the country into a new era - the era of rich, strong, civilized and prosperous development of the nation.

The Congress agreed on the theme "Solidarity, unity, building a clean and strong Party and political system; self-confidence, self-reliance, self-strengthening, creating breakthroughs for rapid and sustainable development of Hung Yen province in the direction of modern industry, wealth, prosperity, civilization and happiness". This is a strong political message and a call for action for the entire Party and people of Hung Yen province.

100% of delegates voted unanimously to pass the Resolution of the 1st Congress of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030, with 9 economic development targets, 15 social development targets, 7 environmental protection targets and a group of targets on national defense, security, social order and safety and on Party building, political system; 3 strategic breakthroughs, 6 key tasks.

The Congress set the goal by 2030, with a strategic vision to 2045 as follows: "Building Hung Yen province with a dynamic and rapidly and sustanably developing economy, becoming a modernly industrial province among the leading provinces in the country; becoming a strong maritime economic center in the North; a smart, ecological city directly under the Central Government.

Speaking at the closing session of the Congress, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia affirmed: The success of the Provincial Party Congress is the effort, intelligence, enthusiasm and responsibility of 438 delegates attending the Congress, more than 182,000 Party members and more than 3.2 million people in the province. The results of the Congress are a testament to the strong will, determination and aspiration for development, a great source of encouragement and motivation for the Party Committee, army and people of the province to move forward steadily on the path of innovation and development, implementing the advice of the late General Secretary Nguyen Van Linh "To make Hung Yen a strong province of the whole country of Vietnam" and the wish of the late General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong "Wishing the Party, government and people of Hung Yen to develop, progress and achieve even greater new successes; the homeland will become more and more prosperous and peaceful! In order to build a rich, modern, civilized, and prosperous Hung Yen, where the people have a good and happy life, the Provincial Party Secretary suggested that immediately after this Congress, the Provincial Party Committee urgently review and concretize the Congress Resolution into an action program with the tasks, projects and investment projects, along with strengthening regular inspection and supervision, making timely summarization and conclusion with the spirit of "clear work, clear people, clear responsibilities, clear results, clear deadlines" and the motto "making one policy, having ten solutions, with twenty-times determination". He requested that Party committees at all levels do a good job of propagating and widely disseminating to each Party cell and party member in the entire Party Committee the results of the Congress; organize research and thoroughly grasp the Congress Resolution; effectively develop and conduct programs and action plans, promote patriotic emulation movement, to soon put the Congress Resolution into practice.

On behalf of the Congress, the Provincial Party Secretary called on all levels, sectors, all cadres, party members, soldiers of the armed forces and people in the province to promote the glorious cultural and historical traditions and heroic revolution of the homeland, to unite, be dynamic, creative, constantly strive to rise up, use all strength, intelligence and talent, maximize all potentials and advantages, overcome all difficulties and challenges, take advantage of all opportunities, turn "danger" into "opportunity" to successfully implement the goals set out in the Congress Resolution; turn the desire for development into a driving force and act more responsibly and decisively to continue writing the heroic pages of history.
