As planned, the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 will be held in two days, from October 2 - 3, 2025, at the Provincial Labor Culture House (Tra Ly ward). The Congress convened 438 delegates, representing more than 182,000 party members in the entire province’s Party Committee. The Congress has the following tasks: Summarizing the implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025 and determining the objectives, orientations, tasks and solutions of the province’s Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2030; discussing and contributing opinions to the draft documents of the 14th National Party Congress.

Next, Comrade Nguyen Van Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, directed the press agencies to speak, ask questions, and the functional agencies to answer questions about the contents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

Concluding the press conference, Comrade Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, respectfully thanked the active and responsible participation and comments and exchanges of journalists and reporters from central and local press agencies. This is an opportunity for the entire Party, government and people in the province to demonstrate their determination to build a dynamic, fast-growing and sustainable economy by 2030 based on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation; synchronously create basic foundational elements of a modern industry, civilized urban areas and a strong marine economy. By 2035, Hung Yen will be a modern industrial province, and by 2045 it will become a centrally-run city. In the coming time, the province will focus on adjusting the planning to create development space; build action programs and specific projects to boost socio-economic development, focus on urban areas and marine economy development.
