According to the report of the Department of Finance, as of 10:30 a.m. on December 31, 2024, the total state budget revenue in the area is 40,116 billion VND, reaching 122.2% of the assigned estimate and increasing by 23% over the same period last year. Of which, domestic revenue is 35,396 billion VND, import-export revenue is 4,631 billion VND, the mobilized and contributed amounts are 89 billion VND. The budget expenditure management and operation of agencies and units ensured progress, closely followed the assigned estimates, and met the set tasks and plans.
Based on the results of local budget revenue and expenditure in 2024, the Department of Finance proposed a number of solutions to successfully implement the state budget and finance tasks in 2025 as follows: Closely following the Resolutions of the Government, directions and instructions of superior agencies; striving to complete the 2025 state budget revenue plan assigned by the Central Government and the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council; promoting administrative procedure reform, promptly resolving arising problems under the authority related to business conditions, land, market, etc.; strengthening discipline and order in the field of finance and budget; performing solutions to accelerate the progress of implementation and disbursement of capital, improving the efficiency of public investment capital use; focusing on carrying out the Project on restructuring state-owned enterprises; accelerating the progress of completing the autonomous operating mechanism of public service units...
