General Luong Tam Quang, Member of the Political Bureau, Secretary of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, Minister of Public Security, extended New Year greetings to the Party Committee, government, and people of Hung Yen province. He acknowledged, highly appreciated, and commended the achievements of the Party Committee, government, and people of Hung Yen province in 2025. At the same time, he expressed confidence that with a resolute spirit, high determination, a willingness to think outside the box, take action, innovate, and create for the common good, and with unity and cohesion within the Party, as well as the involvement of the entire political system and the people of the province, the Party Committee, government, and people of the province will successfully implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels, building Hung Yen province to develop in proportion to its potential and strengths, and achieving breakthrough development in the coming period.

The Minister of Public Security expressed his hope that in the coming time, Hung Yen province will be exemplary in implementing the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, ensuring the requirements of "correct selection - rapid implementation - thorough execution - measurement by results" for all tasks. Year 2026 is designated as the "year of improving the quality of grassroots cadres," and the province needs to strive to effectively implement this policy, providing practical examples for other localities to follow. At the same time, it should strive to build Hung Yen into a place with the best security and order, a leading locality in building a society that is orderly, disciplined, secure, safe, healthy, civilized, and developed, and a place that strongly promotes the culture of the rule of law.

The Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security have identified one of the key tasks in 2026 as: Building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and modern People's Public Security force; and building a strong and modern commune-level police force. The Minister of Public Security requested that the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee continue to closely coordinate with the Central Party Committee of Public Security and the Ministry of Public Security to accelerate the implementation of key projects, including those of the Ministry of Public Security currently being implemented in the province. The province should prioritize allocating budget and providing financial support for projects to upgrade and renovate the infrastructure and equipment of the police force.

Respectfully thanking and accepting the guidance and suggestions from Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang, the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia provided a brief overview of the province's socio-economic development and national defense and security situation in 2025. He affirmed that this is the result of the unity and efforts of the Party Committee, the government, and the people of the province, including the important role of the Provincial Police force in ensuring security and order, creating a favorable investment and business environment for socio-economic development.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Provincial Party Secretary wished General Luong Tam Quang and the members of the delegation abundant health, happiness, prosperity, and success in the new year.
