Hung Yen: the Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc elected as Members of the 14th Party Central Committee
Continuing its working program, on the afternoon of January 22, the 14th National Congress of the Party proceeded with the voting, announcing the results and approving the list of comrades elected to the 14th Party Central Committee.
As a result, the Congress voted to elect the 14th Party Central Committee, consisting of 200 comrades, including 180 full members and 20 alternate members.
Hung Yen is honored to have two delegates elected as full members of the 14th Party Central Committee: Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the 13th Party Central Committee and the Provincial Party Secretary, and Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia was born in 1972; his hometown is in Thu Lam commune, Hanoi city.
In June 2021, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the 13th Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, and Deputy Head of the Central Economic Committee, was transferred and appointed by the Politburo to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Board, and to hold the position of Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.
In October 2025, at the Hung Yen Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, Comrade Nguyen Huu Nghia was re-elected to the position of Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee.
Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the 14th Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen Province for the 2021-2026 term.
Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc was born in 1973; his hometown is in Yen Khanh commune, Ninh Binh province.
In November 2025, the Central Secretariat of the Party decided to transfer Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Binh Province, to participate in the Executive Committee and Standing Board and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term. He was subsequently elected by the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province for the 2021-2026 term.
