The development of telecommunications infrastructure, data infrastructure, and computing platforms serving the activities of digital government should be accelerated; a synchronized digital data system for the province should be gradually formed to effectively serve the management, direction, and operation of all levels of government and the needs of socio-economic development; and solutions to ensure information security and cybersecurity should be strengthened.
