In the first 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Military Party Committee focused on leading the provincial armed forces to create clear changes in all aspects of work, focusing on combat readiness, training, building discipline, training, organizing the staff and actively advising on local military and defense tasks.

The Provincial Military Party Committee has proactively advised the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee to issue documents to lead and direct local military and defense work in 2025; advised on implementing the policies of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Central Military Commission on reorganizing military agencies at all levels; led the acceleration of the construction progress of military works in provincial and district defense areas.

The Party Committee and Provincial Military Command have advised the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee to lead and direct the successful completion of the 2025 military recruitment task, ensuring that 1,851 citizens are assigned to perform military service and 261 citizens are assigned to join the People's Public Security; advising the Provincial Defense and Security Education Council to assign 30 cadres in category 2 to participate in national defense and security training. Agencies and units in the provincial armed forces are led and directed to perform well the tasks of combat readiness, training, mass mobilization, and building local political bases.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Provincial Military Party Committee has set out 7 main groups of targets to focus on leading and directing agencies and units in the provincial armed forces to organize implementation. In particular, completing the plan for political education, propaganda, dissemination, and legal education to ensure 100% of the subjects meet the requirements; organize a tight, safe, and proper reception of people, weapons, and equipment when the District Military Command ends its operations, merge the Commune Military Command, and establish the Regional Defense Command; complete the development and adjustment of combat plans at all levels; successfully organize the congresses of affiliated Party Committees and the Provincial Military Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term...

In his concluding speech at the conference, Provincial Party Secretary and Provincial Military Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia requested Party committees at all levels, heads of agencies and units in the provincial armed forces to do a good job of thoroughly grasping the Party and State's documents on the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's apparatus to create unity in ideology and action among cadres and Party members; focus on leading and directing the completion of the arrangement and reorganization of military agencies at all levels and the organization of border guards to ensure synchronization, quality and progress; soon pilot the model of military agencies and units associated with the implementation of the 2-level local government model.

The Provincial Military Command directed the strict maintenance of combat readiness to ensure safety on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2, the 80th anniversary of the Armed Forces of Military Region 3 and the occasion of the Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; directed the development of a system of operational documents for the Commune-level Military Command and the Regional Defense Command, the Border Guard Command.
