The fair takes place from February 2nd to 13th, with an exhibition area of approximately 100,000 m² indoors and over 45,000 m² outdoors. The fair brings together more than 2,500 businesses with 3,000 standard booths, along with the areas for cultural activities, food, and experiences.

The fair is a large-scale trade and service event, contributing to stimulating consumer demand and developing the domestic market during the peak Tet holiday season; connecting production, distribution, and markets; expanding the domestic consumption system and supply chain; promoting Vietnamese products and brands; fostering cooperation, investment, and trade; and spreading national cultural values, creating an exciting and vibrant atmosphere during the traditional Tet holiday.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his hope that the first Spring Fair in 2026 would be a promising "launching pad" to ignite the domestic consumer market, a new "impetus" to inspire enthusiastic labor, production, and business, and a strategic "lever" to create breakthrough development right from the beginning of 2026.

The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Industry and Trade to ensure the best and the most prioritized conditions for the Fair's successful organization; ministries, agencies, units, and localities should proactively change their thinking from "displaying goods" to "promoting value"; and boost the application of digital technology in connecting supply and demand, promoting regional specialties and OCOP products… contributing to bringing Vietnamese brands closer to international friends.
