Hung Yen planned the area of land clearance for the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line through the province
The Government on June 26, held a conference to assess the implementation of the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line investment project. The conference was held online, connecting from the Government bridge point to the bridge points of the provinces and centrally-run cities. At the Hung Yen’s bridge point, the conference drew the attendance of comrade Nguyen Hung Nam, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway line investment project has a length of nearly 419 km, with a total investment of more than 8.3 billion USD. To date, the project has handed over the route to 9 provinces and cities where it passes through for implementation. Localities have established the Steering Committees for site clearance and are performing related tasks. Investors are selecting consultants to prepare environmental impact reports; change forest use purposes; prepare estimates for design consultancy packages; prepare feasibility study reports; calculate and register capital needs to discuss with partners...
In Hung Yen, the Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong railway construction investment project through the province has a length of nearly 17km. to conduct the direction of the Government and the Ministry of Construction on project implementation, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned specialized units and localities where the project passes through to coordinate with units of the Ministry of Construction and consulting units to actively give opinions on the route direction, stations and works related to the planning and current status of the locality; ensuring implementation time.
