At the Hung Yen’s bridge point, the conference drew the attendance of comrades: Nguyen Huu Nghia, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Duy Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee for the 2025 high school graduation exam in Hung Yen province.

The 2025 high school graduation exam is the first exam for students studying under the 2018 General Education Program, while still ensuring the exam for students studying under the 2006 General Education Program who have not graduated or need to retake the exam for university admission. This is the largest exam ever with the participation of more than 1.1 million candidates; of which 97.7% of candidates registered to take the exam under the 2018 General Education Program and nearly 2.3% of candidates took the exam under the 2006 General Education Program. Nationwide, 2,500 exam sites with over 50,000 exam rooms were established.

To serve the organization of the exam, it is expected that the whole country will mobilize about 200,000 personnel to participate in the exam organization. The Ministry of Education and Training, in coordination with departments, ministries, branches and localities, has carried out thorough preparations, early and from afar, focusing on fully preparing, safely and in accordance with regulations for all stages of the exam to ensure that the exam takes place safely, smoothly, seriously, objectively, thoughtfully, compactly, reliably and effectively.

In Hung Yen province, nearly 18,400 candidates registered for the 2025 high school graduation exam, seeing an increase of more than 2,000 candidates compared to 2024. The province established 35 exam sites and 790 exam rooms; of which 33 exam sites are for candidates taking the exam with the 2018 General Education Program; 2 exam sites for candidates taking the exam with the 2006 General Education Program.

At present, the preparation work for the exam has been urgently completed by the sectors, localities and exam sites, ensuring the conditions for the exam to take place safely, seriously and in accordance with regulations.

Concluding the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested that departments, ministries, sectors and localities promote the highest sense of responsibility, create the most favorable conditions for candidates so that the exam is truly a "festival" for students, teachers and the whole society; focus on the stages of the exam, ensure the exam take place safely, seriously, objectively, thoughtfully, smoothly, compactly and equally, thereby assessing the most objective quality of teaching and learning of each individual and each locality; clearly assign people, tasks, responsibilities and results in the process of organizing the exam, especially in the context that the whole country is implementing a 2-level local government; provide maximum support, create the best conditions for candidates, care for candidates in remote areas, border areas, islands, candidates with difficult circumstances; information and communication work must be accurate and timely, at the same time promoting the application of information technology in all stages of the exam, ensuring absolute confidentiality in the stages of making exam questions, printing exam questions, invigilation and grading...

Speaking at the Hung Yen’s bridge point, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized: the 2025 high school graduation exam takes place in the context that the whole country and the province are implementing administrative reforms, arranging and streamlining the organization of the political system, and switching to a 2-level local government model. Therefore, members of the Steering Committee for the 2025 high school graduation exam in Hung Yen province and departments, branches and localities, based on the issued plan, perform well the assigned tasks to ensure the exam take place safely, smoothly, objectively, reliably and effectively; focus on doing a good job of checking, evaluating, and reviewing all conditions for organizing the exam; absolutely ensure all stages and steps in printing, invigilation, and grading; ensure the safety of candidates participating in the exam so that no candidate misses the exam for objective reasons; arrange medical staff on duty at the exam sites; members of the Provincial Steering Committee need to be wholehearted, full of energy, promote the highest spirit and responsibility to complete the assigned tasks well to ensure that the 2025 high school graduation exam in the province takes place objectively, safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations.
