Nghia Tru commune’s Party committee has 1,541 Party members, operating in 47 Party cells. During the 2020-2025 term, the Party committee, government and people of Nghia Tru commune have strived to achieve important results in many fields. The economy has developed sustainably, culture and society have improved a lot, political security and social order and safety are stable, and infrastructure and facilities have been gradually invested in synchronously and modernly. During the term, the average economic growth rate reached 14.8%; the average income per capita attained 152 million VND/year; the budget revenue in the area reached over 3,742 billion VND; there were no more poor households, the rate of near-poor households was below 0.2%. The construction of the Party and political system was focused on and achieved many comprehensive results. During the term, 129 new Party members were admitted, reaching 104.9% of the plan; every year, the Party committee, the government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and other organizations all achieved good or better performance in their tasks.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Party committee of Nghia Tru commune sets the following goals: Strengthening the building of a clean and strong Party committee and political system; continuing to promote all resources and the combined strength of the entire people; actively innovating and transforming digitally, accelerating the development of urban areas, trade, services, tourism and industry; ensuring national defense and security; striving to build Nghia Tru commune into a civilized and modern urban area soon.

In particular, striving for an average economic growth rate of 13-15%/year; the revenue value per hectare of cultivated land of 350 million VND; total budget revenue in the area of 4,000 billion VND; total average income per capita of 200 million VND; maintaining the results of no more poor households, reducing the rate of near-poor households to below 0.15%; striving to attract 2-3 million tourists/year; urbanization rate at 54-56%, basically meeting the standards of a ward under the province. To focus on building and rectifying the Party and a clean and strong political system. Every year, Party cells strive to achieve a rating of completing 100% of their tasks well, of which 20% are excellent; Party committees and authorities complete their tasks well, strive to complete their tasks excellently in 1 to 2 years; strive to admit 150-170 new Party members during the entire term.
