Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee congratulated and expressed his gratitude for the contributions of Party member Vu Viet Tau and other Party members who were awarded the Party membership badge by the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee.
