The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the delegation listen to an introduction to Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park.

At the meeting, the leader of Green i-Park Joint Stock Company introduced the general investment process, development orientation, modern management model and investment attraction results of Lien Ha Thai IP in recent times. Accordingly, this industrial park has reached a 51% occupancy rate, attracting more than 50 investors with a total registered capital of over 1.6 billion USD. The projects focus on such key areas as electricity - electronics, high technology, automotive technology, supporting industry and automation. Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park has created jobs for 6,872 workers, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the region.

Along with the infrastructure investment and investment in secondary projects, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Park also focuses on investing in building a centralized wastewater treatment system that meets standards, operating with advanced technology to ensure environmental requirements, aiming to develop a model, modern, green and sustainable industrial park. At the same time, the industrial park has been implementing the construction of expert housing, social housing and dormitory areas, meeting the needs of safe and comfortable accommodation for workers; at the same time, support businesses to stabilize their human resources in the long term.

At the meeting, leaders of relevant departments and branches focused on discussing the issues related to attracting investment in industrial parks; removing difficulties and obstacles in site clearance, building social housing, and resettlement related to projects in industrial parks.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc highly appreciated the pioneering and leading role of investors in investing in disadvantaged areas, building model, modern industrial parks and urban areas, in accordance with the policies and guiding viewpoints of the Government and the province; at the same time, he acknowledged the great efforts of the local Party Committee and government; affirmed that this is the driving force to accelerate the construction of the Free Economic Zone that Hung Yen province is aiming for. The province also identified the coastal area as a new growth driver, a breakthrough for the province in the coming time.

Currently, the focus is on promoting the development of industrial parks, existing investors, identifying this as an important nucleus as the basis for shaping the province's Free Economic Zone. Therefore, the Provincial People's Committee will direct departments and branches to coordinate and support investors. Regarding the construction of social housing, he assigned the Department of Construction to promote documents and procedures to carry out social housing projects in industrial parks. The Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Provincial Economic Zone Management Board coordinate with relevant departments, branches and localities to discuss plans and adjust industrial land use targets to ensure suitability and convenience according to regulations. Regarding some existing problems and difficulties in site clearance, the Department of Agriculture and Environment focuses on guiding localities, including the ways and methods to remove difficulties, especially problems in mechanisms and policies related to land, site clearance, resettlement... to speed up the progress of project implementation. Along with that, relevant departments and branches of the province discuss with investors to unify investment procedures and processes in the direction of administrative procedure reform, contributing to building an open and transparent investment environment.
