In recent times, the movement of the entire people protecting national security in Hung Yen province and Dong Hung commune has always been innovated, creative, effectively implemented, attracting the participation of many classes of people. Through the movement, the strength of the masses has been mobilized to support the peak period of attacking and suppressing crime, preventing and fighting drugs, and ensuring traffic order and safety. In Dong Hung commune, 35 grassroots mediation teams with 165 mediators have been built, consolidated and maintained. The commune police maintained 6 suggestion boxes to promptly receive information from the people. The whole commune has 22 teams, 68 members participating in the security and order protection force at the grassroots level, 100% of the members have been fully trained. In the area, the social order and safety situation is maintained, criminal crimes are controlled and reduced.

Speaking at the festival, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, acknowledged, highly appreciated and commended the results of building the movement of the entire people to protect national security in Hung Yen province in general and Dong Hung commune in particular. He requested the Party committees, authorities at all levels and the police force of Hung Yen province to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on protecting national security, ensuring social order and safety and building the movement of the entire people to protect national security. To continue to innovate the work of building movements, replicate advanced models and examples to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of Party committees, authorities, cadres, party members and people, bringing the movement increasingly deeper, practical, effective, towards the grassroots, with strong spreading power with good and creative ways, suitable for the two-tier local government model, ensuring continuity from the Central to the grassroots. Hung Yen police force continues to uphold the sense of responsibility, strive to excellently complete the tasks of public security work; advise, consolidate and build forces to participate in protecting security and order from the grassroots. To boost administrative reform, digital transformation, application of information technology, mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and the entire people, maintain political security, social order and safety in all situations, promptly resolve arising issues at the grassroots level, be a reliable and solid support for the people on the national security protection front, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation. The Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu deeply believes that Hung Yen will exploit and promote the potential and advantages of the new development space, build the province into a new growth pole of the Northern Delta region, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks of national development.
