Comrade Tran Thanh Lam was born in 1921, joined the Party on January 1, 1947; officially on March 1, 1947. Comrade Hoang Van Cuu was born in 1927, joined the Party on March 2, 1948; officially on June 3, 1948. Throughout their revolutionary activities and work, both comrades have always maintained the qualities of a Party member, remaining absolutely loyal to the Party, the Fatherland, and the People; upholding the spirit of responsibility and dedication to the revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.
