Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and delegates attend the Party meeting of Oc Nhieu village Party cell, Hoan Long commune.

At the meeting, the Oc Nhieu village Party cell reviewed and assessed its leadership, direction, and implementation of tasks in April and outlined the directions and tasks in May 2026; it also provided information on prominent domestic and international current events, and the leadership and guidance documents of higher-level Party committees. In April, the Party committee and Party cell of the village focused on leading, directing, and successfully implementing all local political tasks; developing a Party cell inspection and supervision program; propagating and mobilizing the people to strictly comply with land law regulations and effectively carry out waste sorting at source; and cultural, physical education, and sports activities took place enthusiastically.

The Party members in the Party cell discussed and unanimously approved the May Resolution of the Party cell with key following tasks: Continuing to thoroughly understand the Party's directives and resolutions; launching the "Effective People's Mobilization 1+10" model; mobilizing households to donate land for the main road of the village; reviewing and completing the non-agricultural tax register. Party members also proposed and suggested such contents as: continuing to pay attention to training, fostering, and providing support policies for grassroots cadres; implementing the construction of several projects such as roads, cemeteries, and public parking areas; strengthening the handling of overloaded vehicles; focusing on inspection, supervision, acceptance, and early commissioning of newly constructed projects to avoid losses and waste; boosting the tree plantation movement to create a green, clean, and beautiful environment.

Speaking at the Party cell meeting of Oc Nhieu village, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, emphasized: Attending Party cell meetings at the grassroots level is an opportunity for provincial leaders to listen to the opinions, thoughts, and aspirations of cadres, Party members, and the people; to grasp the progress of implementing the Party's policies and resolutions at the grassroots level, thereby creating a unified and smooth bridge in implementing policies from the province to the grassroots. He highly appreciated the preparation and organization of the Party cell's activities, ensuring they were conducted seriously and in accordance with regulations, as well as the democratic and constructive contributions of the Party members. The Provincial Party Secretary commended the locality's exemplary models and practices, especially the model for collecting, transporting, and processing household waste, the "All people unite to build a cultural fife" movement, and the land donation movement for road construction, which have received widespread support and effective implementation. He also clarified the issues raised and proposed by Party members at the branch meeting; exchanged information with Party members about the province's socio-economic development results after nearly a year of implementing the two-tier local government model; and discussed the province's major policies and directions currently being implemented.

The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the Oc Nhieu village Party cell continue to propagate and mobilize all strata of the people to effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and regulations, and patriotic emulation movements; strengthen propaganda and mobilization to gain people's consensus and support for the construction of a high-tech industrial park in Hoan Long commune; and promote socio-economic development.
