Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, presented 10 gifts (5 million VND/gift) from General Secretary and State President To Lam to people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives. This is a practical expression of concern, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of the Party and State leaders towards people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution. The Provincial Party Secretary cordially inquired about the health and encouraged the people who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution and their relatives to rest assured while receiving treatment and recuperating at the Hung Yen Social Protection Center. Expressing profound gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of previous generations in the struggle for national liberation and reunification, he affirmed that the province has always paid special attention to caring for people with meritorious services, considering it a top priority in social welfare policies.

During his visits, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, inquired about the health and living conditions of the families; and expressed his deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of Heroic Vietnamese Mother Do Thi Ke and the war invalid Luyen Viet Chieu. He wished the families good health and encouraged them to continue motivating their children and grandchildren to live in harmony and unity, to abide by the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws; and actively participate in labor and production, contributing to building a more prosperous and civilized homeland. He requested that Party committees and local authorities always pay attention to and effectively implement the Party’s and State's policies and regulations for meritorious individuals, as well as provide spiritual and material support to help these families have a better life.
