Accordingly, the Politburo decided that comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Yen province, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Board and ceased to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term; transferred and appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Board and hold the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 20th term, 2025 - 2030 period.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organization Commission, emphasized: The Politburo assesses Comrade Nguyen Khac Than as a capable and experienced cadre in the Party building and state management, determined, close to the grassroots, capable of gathering and uniting in agencies and units. In all positions, he has always fulfilled assigned tasks well and made important contributions to the overall achievements of the locality. The Politburo requested the Executive Committee, the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, all levels, branches and the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, companionship, support and backing Comrade Nguyen Khac Than in his position as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee. Head of the Central Organization Commission, Le Minh Hung, requested the new Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, Nguyen Khac Than, to closely follow the direction of the Politburo, promote a sense of responsibility, and together with the Executive Committee and the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, lead and direct the successful completion of assigned tasks.
