On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), on the morning of July 25, Comrade Nguyen Khac Dinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, offered incense and flowers to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple, the Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese farmers (Tra Ly ward) and heroic martyrs at the Provincial Martyrs’ Temple (Tran Hung Dao ward); visited and presented gifts to people with meritorious services.

At the Uncle Ho Temple, the Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese farmers, in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and the delegates offered incense and flower baskets with the words "Forever remember the merits of President Ho Chi Minh", held a moment of silence and expressed their infinite gratitude to the immense merits of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of the Party and People, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers' movement. He devoted and sacrificed his whole life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, fighting for peace, national independence and happiness of the People.

At the Provincial Martyrs' Temple, the delegation laid wreaths and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs of the homeland who fought and sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh and the heroic martyrs, the delegates vowed to forever follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, continue to promote the patriotic and revolutionary traditions of the homeland, boost the strength of the great national unity bloc, successfully implement the goals and tasks set out in the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels; strengthen the building and rectification of the Party and the political system in association with promoting the studying and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle; effectively carry out patriotic emulation movements, bolster socio-economic development, maintain national defense and security, and build an increasingly prosperous and happy homeland.
In the working program, comrade Nguyen Khac Dinh, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and provincial leaders visited and presented gifts to the families of war invalids and sick soldiers: Pham Van Luong; Nguyen Van Hien; Pham Xuan Khu (Vu Thu commune). The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly and the delegates kindly asked about the health and life of the war invalids and sick soldiers, and hoped that the war invalids and sick soldiers would continue to set good examples, mobilize and educate their children and grandchildren to implement the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, and patriotic emulation movements in the locality, and participate in building an increasingly innovative homeland. He requested that local Party committees and authorities continue to pay more attention to the work of "Repaying gratitude", take care of people with revolutionary contributions, and ensure full policies and regimes for people with revolutionary contributions in the locality.
