The construction package for the Tra Ly River bridge and approach road has completed such important items as filling the service road foundation with sand, constructing the girder casting yard, drilling pile foundations for the bridge piers and abutments on the Thai Binh ward side; and is continuing to implement the main underwater piers. Regarding land clearance along the entire length of the route in phase 1, to date, localities have handed over nearly 14km, mainly agricultural land. However, some obstacles remain related to land conversion, residential land, relocation of graves, and technical infrastructure in localities such as Thai Binh ward, Nam Tien Hung commune, Tien Hung commune, and Hung Ha commune. The relocation of electricity, water, and telecommunications systems is being surveyed and planned by relevant units.
Also at the meeting, the Construction Investment Project Management Board No. 2 and related units reported on the progress of the investment and construction project for the main roads connecting to functional areas within the Thai Binh Economic Zone. For routes No. 1 and No. 2, land clearance has been completed; progress on remaining items is being accelerated, and the Provincial People's Committee has granted an extension for completion until March 31, 2026. Route No. 2 has been completed and is currently undergoing traffic safety verification. The construction value of the two routes has reached approximately 74% of the contract value.

However, land clearance in some residential areas in Hung Phu, Nam Tien Hai, and Binh Dinh communes is still slow, affecting the overall progress.
Regarding Route No. 4, the project has commenced but lacks the necessary land for construction. Route No. 5 has completed most of its construction work, but is still facing obstacles from some households that have not yet handed over their land, potentially requiring contract extensions if these issues are not resolved promptly.
