At the meeting and dialogue, citizens representing households in three communes of Van Giang district: Xuan Quan, Phung Cong, Cuu Cao whose land was recovered for the Ecopark project but had not yet received compensation presented their reflections, recommendations, and proposals related to the project.

Comrade Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van and leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment, Department of Construction, and Van Giang District People's Committee discussed, explained, and provided information, documents, and records for the reflections, recommendations, and proposals of the citizens. Accordingly, up to now, in the process of land recovery to carry out the Ecopark project, 95.4% of households have agreed to receive compensation, while only 4.6% of households have not agreed and sent petitions to authorities at all levels. The Government Inspectorate has concluded its inspection of the Ecopark Project, and the Provincial People's Committee has issued a lot of documents responding to citizens' petitions related to this project.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee affirmed: The reception and dialogue took place democratically in the spirit of truly seeking advice and listening between the government and the people. All the contents of citizens' opinions will be recorded and fully summarized, in which: for the issues under the authority of the district, the People's Committee of Van Giang district is responsible for sending a notice to respond to citizens and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee; for the issues under the authority of the province, the Provincial People's Committee will respond, along with the report of the District People's Committee to respond to citizens according to regulations. Any content that has been answered before will still be mentioned again; any new content will be answered fully and satisfactorily in the spirit of understanding and respect for the law.
