Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc inspects the implementation of the project Khoai Chau Urban Complex, Eco-tourism, Golf Course.

According to reports from units and localities, the Khoai Chau Urban Complex, Ecotourism, Golf Course Project is implementing phase-1 site clearance with an area of ​​over 510 hectares in Khoai Chau and Chau Ninh communes. However, up to now, the site clearance of agricultural land and public land is unlikely to reach 100% of the area in November as directed by the Provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board.

The remaining nearly 14 hectares are mainly residential land. Currently, localities have completed all 11 resettlement areas and are accelerating the payment of compensation and resettlement support. Regarding the construction of the parallel road, the total value of completion is over VND 810 billion, reaching over 66% of the contract value. There are currently 11 locations with land clearance problems.

For the PVF Youth Football Training Center project, the scale is over 92 hectares, with a 60,000-seat stadium. Currently, Van Giang and Nghia Tru communes are simultaneously carrying out procedures for site clearance for the project, ensuring the commencement of construction on December 19, 2025.

At the inspection session, the sectors and localities reported on the implementation of the projects. At the same time, a number of difficulties and obstacles in site clearance work were raised, such as: resettlement arrangement, cemetery area; compensation price for assets on land; handling of violations of construction on land; site clearance for business land, religious land, etc.

Speaking at the inspection, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc emphasized the role and significance of the projects for the development of the province; the sectors and localities clearly identified the site clearance work for the projects as a key task, needing to focus on directing and removing difficulties and obstacles. The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested local Party committees and authorities to focus on leading and directing to raise awareness, the role and responsibility of cadres and party members in site clearance work; step up propaganda and mobilize people to comply with site clearance work; focus on resettlement work, do a good job of social security, ensure stable lives of the people. Departments and branches arrange human resources and professional staff to support and guide wards and communes in developing compensation plans for site clearance, plans for arranging resettlement areas, relocating graves and cemeteries within the scope of the project. Construction units and investors focus on ensuring safety and technical aspects in construction; pay attention to aesthetic and synchronization factors in the project implementation process. To actively coordinate with departments, branches and localities to remove difficulties and obstacles that arise during the process; ensure that projects are implemented in accordance with regulations.
