To amend and supplement regulations on civil aviation business

On 13/4/2025, the Government issued Decree No. 89/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government regulating conditional business lines and occupations in the field of civil aviation.

Accordingly, Decree No. 89/2025/ND-CP amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 12d of Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government regulating conditional business lines and occupations in the field of civil aviation has been amended and supplemented by Clause 13, Article 1 of Decree No. 89/2019/ND-CP dated November 15, 2019 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 92/2016/ND-CP dated July 1, 2016 of the Government regulating conditional business lines and occupations in the field of civil aviation and Decree No. 30/2013/ND-CP dated April 8, 2013 of the Government on air transport business and general aviation activities as follows:

“2. Types of aircraft imported into Vietnam are one of the following: The following organizations: the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States (FAA), the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the Brazilian Aviation Authority, the Canadian Aviation Authority, the Russian Federation Aviation Authority, the United Kingdom Aviation Authority, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) issue or the Ministry of Construction issues or recognizes the Type Certificate”.

This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
