Summary of information on secondary investment projects by industrial zone by the end of 2022

By the end of 2022, in industrial parks (IPs) in Hung Yen province, there are 514 valid secondary investment projects, including: 278 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of USD 5,390 million and 236 projects of domestic investment capital with a total registered capital of VND 33,267 billion. Investment projects are concentrated in eight industrial parrks: Pho Noi A Industrial Park, Pho Noi Textile – Garment Industrial Park, Thang Long II Industrial Park, Minh Duc Industrial Park, Yen My II Industrial Park, Yen My Industrial Park, Minh Quang Industrial Park and Clean Industrial Park.

Pho Noi A Industrial Park currently has the largest number of registered investment projects with 213 projects, including 93 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of USD 1,144 million and 120 projects of domestic investment capital with a total registered capital of 22,269 billion VND; followed by Thang Long II Industrial Park with 104 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of 3,129 million USD; the third is Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park with 68 projects, including 35 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of 511 million USD and 33 domestic investment projects with the registered investment capital of 2,865 billion VND; the fourth is Yen My II Industrial Park with 44 projects, including 16 foreign-invested projects with a total registered investment capital of 205 million USD and 28 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of 2,747 billion VND;...

The total area of industrial land for lease by valid secondary investment projects according to registration is 1,006 ha, of which: Pho Noi A Industrial Park is 402 ha; Thang Long II Industrial Park is 241 ha; Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park is 95.4 ha; Yen My II Industrial Park is 62.4 ha; Minh Duc Industrial Park is 51.2 ha; Yen My Industrial Park is 101.5 ha; Minh Quang Industrial Park is 46.4 ha, Clean Industrial Park is 5.8 ha.

The investment projects in province’s industrial zones focus on the following industries and fields: Manufacture of prefabricated metal products (72 projects); Manufacture of products from rubber and plastic (56 projects); Real estate business (53 projects); Manufacture of electronic products, computers and optical products (31 projects); Manufacture of automobiles and other motor vehicles (30 projects); Other processing and manufacturing industries (29 projects); Textile (28 projects); Manufacture of machinery and equipment not elsewhere classified (27 projects); Food production and processing (20 projects); Production of chemicals and chemical products (19 projects); Manufacture of electrical equipment (18 projects); Costume production (18 projects); Metal production (17 projects); ....

By the end of 2022, there are 435 secondary investment projects in production and business activities in the province's industrial parks, accounting for 84.63% of the total number of valid secondary investment projects, of which: Pho Noi A Industrial Park has 194 projects, Thang Long II Industrial Park: 100 projects, Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park: 65 projects, Yen My II Industrial Park: 37 projects, Minh Duc Industrial Park: 26 projects, Yen My Industrial Park: 07 projects and Minh Quang Industrial Park: 06 projects. The total number of employees employed by enterprises in industrial zones is over 78,000 people, of which: Pho Noi A Industrial Park is about 30,000 people, Thang Long II Industrial Park: about 28,500 people, Pho Noi Textile and Garment Industrial Park: about 15,000 people, .. ..
