The Hung Yen provincial People's Committee was authorized by the Government to ratify in Decision No. 1990 / QĐ-UBND dated 14/07/2017.

           2. Name of the project: Adjustment of the planning on the mineral exploration and exploitation to process into common building materials in Hung Yen province until 2020, approved by the Hung Yen provincial People's Committee in Decision No. 2410 / QD-UBND dated 25/08/2017.

          3. Name of the project: Plan No 53 / KH-UBND dated 09/05/2018 of the Hung Yen provincial People's Committee on the auction of mineral exploration and exploitation rights to make common building materials in Hung Yen province in 2018 - 2019;
