The Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council hold the first session in 2023
The Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council on March 15, held the first meeting in 2023. Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council chaired the meeting. In the attendance were Mr. Nguyen Le Huy, Member of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, First Vice Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council; members of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council.
At the meeting
At the meeting, members of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council reviewed the dossiers and voted to propose the State President to posthumously confer the honorary title of Vietnamese Heroic Mother to 10 mothers; propose the State-level commendation for 19 collectives and 15 individuals. In which, it is proposed to award Labor Medals of all grades to three collectives and five individuals; requesting the Government to present emulation flags to 11 collectives; proposing the Prime Minister to award the Certificates of Merit to 5 collectives and 10 individuals.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council asked members of the Provincial Emulation and Commendation Council to carefully study each case of requesting commendation in the spirit of fairness, objectivity, and in accordance with prescribed standards. On the basis of the results of the meeting, the Emulation - Commendation Board, the Department of Home Affairs continue to coordinate with organizations and individuals to complete the dossier and take steps to consult the authorities according to regulations before the province submits it to the Central Emulation - Commendation Council.
