The Provincial People's Committee meets to give opinions on a number of important issues

On the morning of April 20, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van chaired the meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and give opinions on a number of important issues. The meeting saw the attendance of: members of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of relevant departments, agencies and branches; leaders of the People's Committees of districts, towns and city.

At the meeting

At the meeting, participants discussed and commented on the following draft documents: The Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to reorganize the professional divisions under the Department of Industry and Trade; the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to reorganize the professional divisions of the Department of Transport; the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to reorganize the professional divisions of the Department of Information and Communications; the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee defining the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Department of Home Affairs; the dissolution of the Branch of Clerical - Archives and the Religious Affairs Board under the Department of Home Affairs; the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the establishment of the Historical Storage Center under the Department of Home Affairs; the Decision of the Provincial People's Committee to reorganize the Emulation and Commendation Board under the Department of Home Affairs; the Report on the results of inventory and assessment of the situation of financial resources of the economy in the 2016-2020 period; assigning additional estimates to the provincial police to buy fire engines for fire prevention and fighting; assigning additional estimates to the Provincial Military Command to purchase special-use cars to perform the task of ready to fight and search and rescue; assigning the additional estimates to the province's Radio and Television station to procure equipment; assigning the addtional estimates to the Department of Health to purchase equipment for Pho Noi General Hospital; the expected 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the period of 2021-2025; updating and supplementing key tasks and solutions for the socio-economic development; ensuring national defense and security in order to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council stipulating principles, criteria and norms for the allocation of public investment capital from the state budget in the period of 2021-2025; proposing to write off the late payment fine and late payment interest for 104 payers.

Through listening to the reports and opinions of the participants, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van concluded as follows: For the 5-year medium-term public investment plan for the period of 2021-2025, the Department of Planning and Investment is requested to receive the participants' comments and add them to the public investment plans of a number of units such as the Department of Justice, the Department of Transport, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Tien Lu District People's Committee; complete the documents for the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Provincial Party Committee before submitting it to the Provincial People's Council.

Regarding the request for remission of late payment fine and late payment interest for 104 payers, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Provincial Tax Department to coordinate with the Provincial Police to review the cases in the request of cancellation of late payment fine and late payment interest before submitting it to the Provincial People's Committee for the issuance of the Decision to avoid tax fraud.
