The meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee

On January 5, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van chaired the meeting of members of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and give opinions on a number of important issues. The meeting saw the attendance of: members of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of related departments, agencies and branches; leaders of the People's Committees of districts, towns and city.

At the meeting

At the meeting, participants discussed and commented on the following draft documents: The working program for the first 6 months of 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee; to approve and publish the Satisfaction Index of people and organizations with the service of departments, agencies and branches of the province and the People's Committees of districts in Hung Yen province by 2020; approve the plans for reorganization of the apparatus and payrolls of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committees and the district-level People's Committees; approve the plans of rearranging and reorganizing the apparatus and the number of employees of the public non-business units in the province; approve the examination results for public servant recruitment in 2020; the Regulation on coordination in the inspection, examination and supervision of business activities according to the multi-level mode in the province.

Through listening to the reports and opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Quoc Van concluded as follows: For the working program of the first 6 months of 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and units are required to base on the working program of the 19th Provincial Executive Party Committee to compare and review, if tasks are added, send documents to the Office of the Provincial People's Committee for consolidation; for the tasks that are project building, in the first half of the month, register them in the working program of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and units must submit to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and comment, then complete the Project to report to the Provincial Standing Committee; the programs and projects must be formulated, completed and submitted to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and give opinions in the first 6 months of the year, no later than the third quarter of 2021; districts, towns and city shall register additional contents for the approval of land use planning for the period of 2021-2025 and 2021-2030; the Office of the Provincial People's Committee monitors and urges departments, branches and units to register and perform the tasks.

As for the plans of reorganization of the apparatus and payrolls of specialized agencies under the Provincial People's Committees and the district-level People's Committees; the plans for rearranging and reorganizing the apparatus and the number of employees in public non-business units in the province, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigns the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committees to be in charge to direct departments, agencies, and units together with the Department of Home Affairs to review and unify plans for rearranging and reorganizing the apparatus of departments, branches, the district-level People's Committees and public non-business units and report to the Provincial People's Committee at the next meeting.

To agree to approve the following contents: The satisfaction index of people and organizations for the service of departments, agencies and branches of the province and the district-level People's Committees in Hung Yen province by 2020; the civil servant recruitment examination results in 2020 and the Regulation on coordination in inspection, examination and supervision of business activities according to the multi-level mode in the province.
