▪ Telephone & Internet: The telecommunications system meets international standards and always available to meet the needs of telecommunications, high-speed data transmission and domestic and international postal services. The underground fiber optic cable system is directly connected to the fence of each enterprise.

▪ Internal traffic:  The system of internal roads is built with a reasonable cross-section, ensuring means of transportation going to each factory easily and conveniently. Lighting systems are installed along the roads.

▪ Fire protection: The water supply system with fire hydrants is arranged along the roads of the Industrial Park. A team of fire prevention and fighting and rescue police of Hung Yen Provincial Public Security is available in the Industrial Park. 

Social infrastructure and advantages

▪ Customs: Hung Yen Customs is currently headquartered about 1 km from the Industrial Park. All sealing and lead clamping procedures are carried out right at the factories in the Industrial Park.

▪ Bank: The system of banks (Vietcombank, Techcombank, ACB, Sacombank, Agribank, Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam...) has a branch in Pho Noi, 1-2 km from the Industrial Park. Currently, a number of banks have set up ATM stations in the Industrial Park, quickly serving all requirements of businesses and employees in the Industrial Park.

▪  Housing for workers: The area near the industrial park has been planned to invest in the construction and development of urban areas, housing areas, meeting the housing needs for industrial park's workers.

▪ Hospital: Pho Noi General Hospital (2km away from the Industrial Park) is modernly planned and built to meet the needs of medical examination and treatment for workers in the Industrial Park.

Investment incentives

▪ Corporate income tax:

- To enjoy a tax rate of 10% within 15 years and a tax exemption for 4 years, a 50% reduction of the payable tax amount for 9 subsequent years, for income from the implementation of new investment projects in a number of preferential investment fields in accordance with the law on enterprise income tax.

- To enjoy a tax rate of 17% and a tax exemption for 2 years, a 50% reduction of the payable tax amount for 4 subsequent years, for income from the implementation of new investment projects in a number of fields such as high-grade steel production; production of energy-saving products; production of machinery and equipment servicing for agricultural, forestry, fishery and salt production; production of irrigational equipment; production and refining of animal feed, poultry, seafood.....

-  Corporate income tax is exempted for 2 years and to reduce 50% of payable tax amount for 4 subsequent years for enterprises implementing new investment projects in the IP.

▪ Import tax: Investment projects in the IP are exempted from import tax on imported goods to create fixed assets in accordance with the Law on Export and Import Duties.

▪ There are 104 foreign-invested projects in the IP, with a total registered investment capital of about 3,130 million USD. Foreign investors operating in the IP mainly come from Japan, including a number of major economic groups such as Kyocera, Hoya, Nippon, Daikin, Toto, Panasonic…..
