The delegation of province’s cadres offers incense at the Memorial House of the National Youth Volunteer Martyrs

Dong Loc T-junction is a land that suffered many bombs and bullets during the resistance war against the US to save the country with nearly 43,000 bombs of all kinds. More than 4,000 martyrs nationwide fell on this sacred land, including the sacrifice of 10 female youth volunteers on July 24, 1968, while they were on duty at a very young age.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the province's delegation offered incense and flowers at the Memorial House of the National Youth Volunteers and the graves of 10 heroic female youth volunteers at Dong Loc T-junction. The province’s delegation respectfully bowed, expressing their infinite gratitude for the great contributions of generations of fathers and brothers who devoted their youth and sacrificed for the national independence, freedom of the Fatherland, and for the happiness of the people. The Party Committee, government and people of Hung Yen province pledged to continue and promote the tradition of “When drinking water, remembering its source”, “Repaying gratitude” of the nation, actively take care of the material and spiritual life of policy beneficiaries; strive to build the homeland to be more and more developed, worthy of the great sacrifices of heroic martyrs.
