Over the years, the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee have issued a lot of resolutions, action programs and plans to implement Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW. The organization of learning and mastering the implementation of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW has been widely deployed at all levels of Party committees. After 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, the education and training cause of the province has developed steadily, the quality and effectiveness of education have been gradually improved, the position of Hung Yen's education is increasingly affirmed and attained a lot of outstanding achievements. The scale of the network of schools, classes at all levels in the province is growing; facilities and teaching equipment continue to be concerned. Up to now, the province has 79.4% of schools reaching national standards; the percentage of teachers with standard qualifications or higher at the preschool level reached 96.6%, the primary level at 87.4%, the lower secondary level at 84.9% and the high school level at 100%. The rate of trained workers in 2022 has reached 68%, seeing an increase of 21% compared to 2013. In the period of 2013-2023, the annual rate of students graduating from high school has reached from 91.87% to 99.81%; 425 students passed the national examination for excellent students. The application of information technology and digital transformation in management, teaching and learning is focused on; strengthening international cooperation in education, training and scientific research. Speaking at the conference, Mr. Vu Thanh Mai, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, praised the results of Hung Yen province after 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW. He hoped that in the future, Hung Yen province would continue to consider investment in education as an investment in development, prioritize education in socio-economic development programs and plans, in order to realize the goal of building Hung Yen into a modern industrial province, with high efficiency agriculture, fast and sustainable development.

Concluding remarks at the conference, Mr. Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed the achievements of Hung Yen province in leadership and direction, and pointed out the remains and limitation in the process of implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW. Comrade Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council requested that in the coming time, the Party committees, authorities at all levels, localities, units and education and training branch of the province need to continue to deeply grasp the view that "Education and training is the the leading policy, as the cause of the Party, State and the whole people…”; promote propaganda, mobilize, raise awareness, and bring into full play the roles and responsibilities of Party committees, authorities, cadres, Party members and the people in implementing the Party's guidelines on fundamental and comprehensive renovation on Education & Training; well organize lifelong learning for each individual, family, clan, and unit; thoroughly overcome the achievement disease in education, towards practical education; focus on vocational training for workers; step up the educational work of revolutionary ideals, focus on educating personality, morality, lifestyle, legal knowledge, creative capacity, patriotism, national pride, national tradition and history and civic consciousness for students in association with good implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 of the 12th Politburo "On promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style" in the entire education sector; review and take steps to arrange and restructure the contingent of teachers to ensure rationality, meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training; plan to develop the network of vocational education and training institutions in the direction of an open education system and lifelong learning and construction of a learning and training society must be associated with social needs; promote administrative reform, increase the application of information technology in management and teaching to contribute to improving the quality and effectiveness of education, form many channels to receive information and feedback from organizations and individuals about the current state of education in the province; continue to improve the efficiency of international cooperation activities; encourage prestigious domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to establish, enter into joint ventures, invest in facilities, link training, and transfer technology to schools and educational institutions in various majors, school levels...
