The draft Plan to build a model of "Government serving people and businesses" of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization sets out the contents, criteria, location of the model and time to perform. Accordingly, six communes and wards of six districts and cities will be selected to pilot the building of a smart mass mobilization model “Government serving people and businesses"; it takes place from now to December 2023. From 2024 onwards, it will be carried out in communes, wards and townships throughout the province.

To effectively deploy the model and activities of the government to ensure democracy, publicity towards e-government; ensure the facilities, civilized and friendly office environment; build the activities of the government in the direction of closeness and friendliness, the head of government is exemplary, friendly, responsible to people and businesses; continues to build a contingent of civil servants, employees, officers and soldiers of the grassroots' police force to have responsibility to people and businesses.

At the meeting, the participants contributed ideas on the steps taken according to the contents and requirements; the methods of organizing and implementing the model "Government serving people and businesses"; the propaganda methods as well as the assurance of facilities to meet the operation of the model when it is deployed...

Speaking at the meeting, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Le Huy highly appreciated the initiative of relevant agencies in coordinating to build a smart mass mobilization model "Government serving people and businesses”. However, for the effective implementation of the model, it is necessary to have an appropriate implementation method, to focus on building a team of capable and highly responsible cadres and civil servants; propaganda needs to be paid attention to, at the same time, evaluating and learning from the pilot models before deploying in the whole province...

Comrade Chairwoman of the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization Quach Thi Huong affirmed that serving people and businesses is a task that has been performed at all levels of government, but in order to make this task better and more professional, the establishment of model "Government serving people and businesses" in the current period is very necessary. The Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization will coordinate with the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and related units to organize training courses to help grassroots' civil servants improve their capacity in mass mobilization and professionalism in serving the people and businesses getting better and better. The establishment of a Steering committee to build the model "Government serveing people and businesses", the Steering committee's assisting group, the plan to build the model in the districts, town and city should be conducted soon; at the same time, guiding selected communes and wards as the finishing point to complete the steps to build a model of "Government serving people and businesses"...

The Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization have basically agreed on the contents of implementing the model "Government serving people and businesses" in communes, wards and townships in Hung Yen province; the point models will be available in the near future.
