Speaking to welcome the delegation, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized: Vietnam - Laos are two neighboring countries, mountains next to mountains, rivers next to rivers; the brotherly relationship between the two peoples was formed and forged during the process of building and defending the country. The good, faithful relationship between the people of the two countries was laid by President Ho Chi Minh and President Kaysone Phomvihane and generations of leaders of the two Parties and States and the people of the two countries have worked hard to cultivate, becoming invaluable assets of the two countries, of great significance on the path of developing a prosperous country, with prosperous and happy people.

The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee gave an overview of the province's history, traditions, culture and socio-economic development achievements since its re-establishment until now. At the same time, he expressed his joy at the rapid change in the beautiful country of a Million elephants; hoping that the Lao people of all tribes under the wise leadership of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party will continue to build a prosperous and strong Laos; welcomed businesses from Hung Yen province and Laos to explore opportunities, cooperate in investment and business, and contribute to the common development of the brotherly country of Laos and Hung Yen province, which is on the path to develop and innovate.

At the meeting, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran Quoc Toan reported on the results of the work of building the Party and political system from the beginning of the term of the 19th Provincial Party Congress to the present. Comrade Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee summarized the outstanding results in implementing the working program of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee; the political and ideological work; the leadership results in organizing and building the Party; leading and directing the implementation of inspection, supervision and enforcement of discipline within the Party; internal affairs, prevention and combat of corruption, waste and negativity; the Party's mass mobilization, building national and religious solidarity; management and operations of government at all levels...

On behalf of the working delegation of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, comrade Boutsady Thanameuang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, thanked for the respectful welcome of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the provincial leaders for the delegation; expressed his joy to visit and work in Hung Yen province, a typical locality of Vietnam in socio-economic development. Through the delegation's business trip, it aims to contribute to cultivating friendly relations and comprehensive cooperation between the two Parties, States and People of the two countries, worthy of the expectations of President Ho Chi Minh and President Kaysone Phomvihane when he was alive; help the delegation understand more about the experiences and good practices of Hung Yen Provincial Party Committee and authorities in leading, directing, and organizing the successful implementation of the Party's directives and resolutions, the goals and tasks of socio-economic development; new models and good practices in building the Party and political system.

Comrade Boutsady Thanameuang also briefly announced the results of socio-economic development, Party building, and solutions to improve the leadership capacity of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party; the relationship between the two Parties, the two States and the Central Party Organizing Committee of the two countries in recent times.

At the meeting, the working delegation of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party proposed that Hung Yen province discuss more about the role, powers, organization, and apparatus of government from the province to the grassroots; the tasks and powers of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Commission, Department of Home Affairs and the relationship between the two agencies; the Party development work in the private economic sector; experience in the Party's inspection, supervision and disciplinary work, especially inspection work with the motto "no prohibited areas, no exceptions".

The contents and proposals of the working delegation of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party have been specifically discussed by the provincial leaders, departments and branches in the province.

*On the same afternoon, the working delegation of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party led by comrade Boutsady Thanameuang, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolution Party came to learn and discuss the leadership and direction of Party and political system building in Phu Cu district. In the attendance were comrades: Phan Thang An, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee; Tran Quoc Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Pham Van Khue, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Commission.

The working delegation of the Central Organizing Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party works with Phu Cu District Party Committee

At the working session, the delegation listened to the leaders of Phu Cu District Party Committee summarize the results of Party and political system construction and the tasks of socio-economic development, national defense and security of the district from beginning of the term until October 2023.

After the congress, the Standing Committee of Phu Cu District Party Committee issued a study plan, implemented the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term throughout the Party and widely propagated to all walks of life. The District Party Committee issued 7 programs and 1 project to implement the Resolution of the 26th District Party Congress, focusing on building advanced new-style rural areas and model new-style rural areas in Phu Cu district for the period 2021 – 2025. Every year, the District Party Committee's Standing Committee has a policy of supporting socio-economic development projects; proactively giving opinions to leaders in implementing socio-economic development tasks. The District People's Committee focuses on directing and operating drastically and creatively in organizing and implementing. The district's socio-economic development is constantly developing, and some of the goals set by the congress for the whole term have been basically completed. Agricultural production maintains good growth in the direction of commodity production, of which 18 products are recognized and ranked OCOP. Production activities of establishments and enterprises in the district are basically stable and developing...

At the meeting, the working delegation requested Phu Cu District Party Committee to discuss and clarify more advantages for the district to exploit socio-economic development and the Party's mass mobilization work in implementing investment projects in infrastructure construction; the development of grassroots' Party organizations and the development of new Party members; advantages and difficulties in carrying out the duties of the Secretary of the District Party Committee and Chairman of the District People's Council; the planning, training, and use of staff; staff appointment process...
