At the meeting, delegates listened and discussed the following contents: The promulgation of regulation on determining provincial-level science and technology tasks using state budget in Hung Yen province; the draft Decision amending and supplementing a number of articles of regulation on management of provincial science and technology tasks using state budget in Hung Yen province issued together with the Decision No. 03/2017/QD- UBND dated April 3, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee and regulation on the management of grassroots science and technology tasks using state budget in Hung Yen province issued together with the Decision No. 15/2020/QD- UBND dated April 23, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee; the ranking results of digital transformation in state agencies in 2023; the draft Decision of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the collection, transportation and treatment of construction solid waste in Hung Yen province; promulgating regulation on coordination in building and maintaining information system, sharing and providing information and data on housing and real estate markets in Hung Yen province; organizing a preliminary conference to review 5 years of implementing the Plan 93a/KH-UBND dated March 31, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee; the proposal on promulgating the land price adjustment coefficient (K) to determine land prices to calculate land use fees in Hung Yen province in 2024; the proposal on promulgation of land price adjustment coefficient (K) to determine land price to calculate land rent in Hung Yen province in 2024.

The discussion focuses on the following issues: The necessity and meaning of implementing digital transformation, the solutions for conducting digital transformation; How to share and provide information and data about housing and real estate markets in the province; the responsibilities of departments and branches in carrying out the collection, transportation and treatment of construction solid waste in the province...

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Quoc Van, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, assigned the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to be in charge of reviewing and signing decisions on the following contents: Promulgating regulation on determining science and technology tasks at provincial-level using state budget in Hung Yen province; the draft Decision amending and supplementing a number of articles of regulation on management of provincial science and technology tasks using state budget in Hung Yen province issued together with the Decision No. 03/2017/QD- UBND dated April 3, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee and the regulation on management of grassroots science and technology tasks using state budget in Hung Yen province issued together with the Decision No. 15/2020/QD- UBND dated April 23, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee.

Comrade Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, branches and localities to base on the results of digital transformation rankings in state agencies in 2023 to make appropriate implementation plans and roadmaps. In particular, promoting the application of information technology in professional activities; enhancing the role and responsibility of leaders in implementing digital transformation; the Department of Information and Communications coordinates with departments and branches to boost training and support for digital transformation application in the operations of state agencies... striving to upgrade digital transformation assessment indicators in next time.

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to be in charge of sectors and fields was assigned to direct the implementation of the following contents: The draft decision of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the collection, transportation and treatment of construction solid waste in Hung Yen province; promulgating regulation on coordination in building and maintaining an information system, sharing and providing information and data on housing and real estate market in Hung Yen province, the Department of Construction based on felegates' contributions to edit, complete the content, and submit it to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and signing a decision. Immediately after issuing the decision of the Provincial People's Committee regulating the collection, transportation and treatment of construction solid waste, the Department of Construction urgently coordinated with districts, town and city to plan the construction solid waste treatment areas.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed with the submitted contents: To organize a preliminary conference to review the 5-year implementation of Plan 93a/KH-UBND dated March 31, 2017 of the Provincial People's Committee; the proposal on promulgating the land price adjustment coefficient (K) to determine land prices to calculate land use fees in Hung Yen province in 2024; the proposal on promulgation of land price adjustment coefficient (K) to determine land price to calculate land rent in Hung Yen province in 2024.
