At the meeting, delegates listened to the progress reports and discussed and made suggestions to tackle difficulties and problems related to the implementation of 12 key projects in the province, including the following projects: the investment construction project of Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi Capital Region in the province; Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road; the investment in infrastructure construction and business of industrial park No. 03; the investment in infrastructure construction and business of the expanded Yen My II Industrial Park; the investment in construction and infrastructure business of Yen My Industrial Park; Kim Dong industrial cluster; Chinh Nghia industrial cluster; Dang Le industrial cluster; Phung Chi Kien industrial cluster; Lac Dao industrial cluster; Yen My industrial cluster; Dong Than industrial cluster.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Tran Quoc Van, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee proposed the need for the participation of the entire political system in site clearance work for key projects. In particular, promote propaganda so that people agree and support the implementation of the project; focus on resettlement for people whose residential land must be recovered to serve the project; speed up the relocation of graves in the project area...

Speaking at the conclusion of the meeting, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Huu Nghia emphasized the role and significance of key projects for the development of the province. For the investment project to build Ring Road No. 4 - Hanoi Capital Region in the province, it is necessary to follow the motto "To do easy tasks first, and then move on to harder ones". Comrade Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested a high focus on arranging resettlement for people and businesses; arranging cemeteries to move graves; ensuring people to enjoy the best benefits during the site clearance compensation process. There is a flexible handling plan in mobilizing people to accept the site clearance compensation plan, thereby creating a "wave" of support from the people during project implementation. For the relocation of technical infrastructure works, the investor coordinates with departments and branches to soon make a plan to report to relevant ministries and branches for early implementation; speed up the preparation and approval of planning for technical infrastructure areas...

For the Tan Phuc - Vong Phan road project, it is necessary to actively implement site clearance work; resettlement arrangements. To urgently carry out land use planning adjustments, ensuring the set progress.

For industrial park projects, it is neccesary to make a mechanism to promptly support investors in site clearance work in some difficult locations; require infrastructure investors to perform projects according to the schedule committed to the province; strictly manage the attraction of investment projects in accordance with the province's industrial development orientation.

For industrial cluster projects, departments, branches and localities focus on site clearance; urgently report to the Prime Minister to approve the rice land conversion plan; focus on adjusting and approving planning; report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to speed up the progress of environmental impact assessment...
