In 2022, the Provincial Standing Committee issued many leadership and directing documents on internal affairs; Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province continue to pay attention to leading and directing the implementation of leading and directing documents of the Central and provincial governments on internal affairs, judicial reform and anti-corruption; decisively in directing the handling of complex and outstanding issues, concerned by public opinion, not complicate the situation; the head of the Party committee strictly implements regulations on responsibility in receiving people. Agencies in the internal affairs sector actively and proactively perform the work contents according to the set plan. Local military and defense work has been strengthened; the work of ensuring security and order is maintained; the prevention and combat of violations and crimes, the execution of judgments are ensured in a timely and lawful manner; legal dissemination and education, judicial assistance, inspection, settlement of complaints and denunciations, judicial reform... are carried out regularly and effectively. Measures to prevent corruption, inspection, examination, prevention, detection and handling of corrupt acts are concerned and directed to be implemented synchronously and seriously.

Based on the resolutions and regulations of the Party Central Committee and the Secretariat, in June 2022, the Provincial Standing Committee decided to establish the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-corruption and negativeness, headed by the Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission is the standing body of the Provincial Steering Committee. After its establishment, the Provincial Steering Committee has done a good job of advising the Provincial Standing Committee in leading and directing the implementation of anti-corruption and negative activities. Currently, the Provincial Steering Committee is monitoring and directing 4 cases, 2 complicated cases of public concern; 4 cases with 27 prosecuted defendants…

To strengthen close and effective coordination between internal and judicial agencies in the fight against corruption and negativity… The Provincial Steering Committee improves its operational efficiency and advisory role with the Provincial Standing Committee on the anti-corruption, negativeness according to regulations; continues to review and adds cases to the Provincial Steering Committee for monitoring and direction; speeds up the investigation, prosecution, trial, and handles cases under the supervision and direction of the Provincial Steering Committee.
