Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment of Hung Yen province invites interested investors to apply for registration of the project "Investment and construction of housing area for low-income people in Yen My Industrial Park II"  in Trung Hoa commune, Yen My town, Yen My district, Hung Yen province with the following information:

+ Project name: Investment and construction of housing area for low-income people in Yen My Industrial Park II.

+ Investment objective: To invest in building a civilized, modern, and environmentally friendly urban area for low-income people, in order to meet the housing needs for workers in industrial parks and other low-income people; create a synchronous connection of technical infrastructure with Yen My industrial park II, form an area with full technical and social infrastructure including: Schools, physical training and sports areas, amusement parks, commercial areas, green parks to serve the needs of workers in industrial zones and people in the area.

+ Investment scale: The project's land use scale is about: 309,978 m2; Population size is about: 11,500 people; Scale of products and services: Adjacent commercial housing: 250 apartments; apartments, social housing: 9,000 apartments; construction of works to serve the essential needs of residential areas: Cultural house with a height of 3 floors, land use area of ​​about 2,033 m2; medical building with a height of 3 floors, land use area of ​​about 5,919 m2; school building with a height of 5 floors, land use area of ​​about 11,200 m2; commercial and service buildings with a height of 5 floors, land use area of ​​​​about 4,582 m2 (Details according to the Decision No. 2559/QD-UBND dated October 30, 2020 of the Provincial People's Committee on the approval of detailed planning with the rate of 1/500 of the housing area for low-income people in Yen My Industrial Park II).

- Preliminary total cost (excluding the costs of compensation, resettlement support, land use fee, land rent) (m1) provisional calculated as follows: 4,830.697,000,000 VND (In words: Four thousand eight hundred thirty billion, six hundred and ninety seven million dong).

- The cost of compensation for site clearance (m2) provisionally calculated as follows: 133,283,000,000 VND (In words: One hundred and thirty three billion, two hundred and eighty three million dong).

- Investment term and progress:

+ Term of project operation: 50 years from the date that the investor is granted the investor's written approval.

+ Investment progress: To complete the project within 72 months (06 years) from the date of approval for the investor to implement the project.

- The location of project: In Trung Hoa commune and Yen My town, Yen My district, Hung Yen province. Location of the land: The Northeast is adjacent to the provincial road No.376 and the housing area of ​​Anh Khoa; the Southeast borders Yen My Industrial Park II; the Northwest borders the National Highway No. 39A and existing production projects; the Southwest borders Yen My Industrial Park II and existing production projects (the land area has been approved by the People's Committee of Hung Yen province with a detailed construction planning with the scale of 1/500 of the housing area for low-income people in Yen My Industry Park II in the Decision No. 2559/QD-UBND dated October 30, 2020).

- Land use purpose: The land use purpose of the project is determined as urban residential land.
