The following is the text of the Calling Letter:

"Promoting the tradition and morality of the nation "Drink water, but remember the source", over the years, Hung Yen province has always actively carried out meaningful and practical activities, as well as mobilizing contributions and building the Gratitude Funds at all levels, together taking care of and supporting the families of martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, people with meritorious services to the revolution, helping them to reduce difficulties in their daily lives.

Up to now, the majority of families of people with meritorious services to the revolution in the province has a standard of living equal to or higher than that of the residential community, which has resulted in the positive and valuable contributions of agencies, units, individuals, benefactors inside and outside the province.

On behalf of the Provincial Party Committee – the Provincial People's Council – the Provincial People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hung Yen province, I respectfully acknowledge and thank the agencies, organizations, businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals and benefactors inside and outside the province, who have cared, shared and supported Hung Yen Province’s Gratitude Fund during the past years.

Currently in the province, a number of households and relatives of people with meritorious services are still facing difficulties in life and in dire need of regular support and assistance from the Party, State and social community; many works of attribution and cemeteries of martyrs need caring for, embellishing, repairing and upgrading every year.

On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2022), I call on agencies, organizations, businesses, cadres, civil servants, public officials and soldiers in the armed forces, workers, individuals and benefactors inside and outside the province, with their affection, kindness and responsibility, to continue to pay attention to, respond to, and contribute to the Gratitude Fund of Hung Yen province with at least one-day salary per person or deducted from the welfare fund of units and businesses to contribute to building the "Gratitude" movement in the province, taking care of wounded soldiers and the martyrs’ families who have made merit to the country for them to have a better and better life.
