On 13/04/2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued the Plan No. 75/KH-UBND on the implementation of the Project "Raising awareness, universalizing skills and developing human resources for national digital transformation to 2025, with an orientation to 2030”;

The plan clearly states the purpose is to concretize and effectively perform the objectives, tasks and solutions of the approved projects; create a strong change in the awareness and actions of leaders and officials of agencies, organizations and businesses to promote digital transformation in the province. To improve the quality and effectiveness of training and development of digital transformation human resources in each industry and field.

The plan also sets out such requirements as: The tasks are determined with focus, implementation roadmap and feasibility; at the same time, clearly defining tasks for each agency, unit and locality in implementation and clearly defining the roadmap, completion time, and the resources for implementation of each task.

The plan sets out three groups of tasks to be implemented as follows:

The group of tasks to raise awareness about digital transformation, including: Communicating, propagandizing, raising awareness of all levels, sectors, agencies, organizations, enterprises and the whole society about the roles and meaning of the Project; building categories and specialized pages on digital transformation; setting up information and propaganda programs and contents; coordinating in organizing conferences, seminars, talks and exhibitions on digital transformation; praising, honoring and rewarding;

The group of tasks on digital transformation skills universalization, including: Coordinating in organizing training and retraining on digital transformation and digital skills for officials, public servants, public employees and employees; coordinating in organizing the popularization of digital skills for people through the MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses) Platform;

The group of tasks on human resource development for digital transformation, including: Coordinating to organize training courses and refresher courses on digital transformation and digital technology for the team of leaders, managers, staff working as consultants for digital transformation; coordinating in training and fostering of digital transformation experts; training teachers to teach educational activities related to informatics, natural sciences, social sciences, technology, engineering and the arts in educational institutions from elementary to high schools in STEM/STEAM methods; organizing the implementation of STEM/STEAM programs in general education.
